A huge smile crossed Marnie's lips. Happy. She couldn't just stop smiling. Over the previous months. she had lost herself. It was basically the effect of her and dominic's breakup. It was over a silly thing to think about it now and she wished that it had never ever happened. what was really stupid of them was giving up so easily on eachother. instead of trying to get each other back, they were trying to hard to move on. Her way of getting over a bad break up, was distracting herself from work. Apart from being in love with dom, she loved her fans & her job. So she started working on a new album & got herself into acting, on disney channel, in a show called 'Sonny with a chance'. Disney was fun. Once in disney, you were under the spotlight so being famous was next on the road. Her reason to be so happy was Dominic. they did have a bad break up but decided to remain as just friends because no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't ignore him or kick him out of her, especially when it wasn't his fault at all. It was all her fault. she felt like she wasnt good for him at all so she left him, kissing him goodbye. they did talk after that a couple of times but their conversations were filled with awkwardness and sadness. With the passage of time, they both became stable & distracted themselves with fans, music and new people. Marnie had been trying too hard to fall out of love that was embedded within her for heart. She was meeting new guys, flirting with them but none of them had any comparison with Dominic. He was different. So pure and innocent. Most guys were bloody morons who liked using girls for a good night and throwing them away. Marnie had been living with Dominic for ages & had he ever done anything as such? Never. After they broke up, she had been seeing him going out with a girl who was one of his crazy fan. What amused her to see was that he was enjoying her company too much, perhaps he was over her already. She didn't bother to ask him what was going on between the two of them, for now they weren't together, he wasn't answerable to her. However, she felt jealous everytime she would see their pictures or hear stories about Dominic with some other girl. it would make her cry. Was it really this easy for him to forget her? But all the sad thoughts were gone today. She found out that Dominic & Janessa were just friends & that she was into Micheal Kaleel and that Dominic missed her loads. She wasn't sure how he felt about her now but she knew she was wrong. She wanted him back & she was going to make every effort to get him back. Maybe she wasn't the best for him, perhaps he did deserve better but she couldn't imagine him with anyone else than herself. She was going to let him know that. Having the key to his house, she managed to get in and cleaned up the mess. it brought back the memories. As a friend he once gave her a place to live and she would keep it clean and cook him food instead of paying him the rent. She cooked them a nice dinner filled with his favorite food items. she had set the table in the backyard, under the dark sky and beautiful moonlight, not to forget the stars. it was simple yet elegant & simply romantic. nothing too fancy or luxury filled, just simple. as if they were normal people , not popstars. he could be home any minute and went off to beautify herself a little. She had a new haircut, dark brown hair and she hoped she would look good to dominic. the door opened and she ran towards the door. Seeing Dominic after ages, she ran towards him and wrapped her arms around him, just like in the past she used to do, greet him at the door. i've missed you babyface she whispered, hugging him tightly. She softly let go, messing up his hair just like the old times. So I've loads of surprises for you. But first tell me, are you single? she teased, grinning. ''ready to mingle then, are we?'' she laughed, pulling his cheeks and laughing again. Those cheerful innocent moments were back after ages.

Dominic had been trying to just get into his job lately, almost distracting his self with his work so he could keep his self pretty busy. Since the break up that seemed to be about the only thing that he really could do anyway, there wasn’t much else that he could do. He did miss Marnie a lot though, he missed being able to do things with her but knew that she just needed space and he was trying to respect that no matter how hard it was to really do so and it was really hard. He almost didn’t even know how to react since Marnie really was his first love and his only love as well, before Marnie there had never been anyone else. She was all of his firsts and that did mean something to him, in fact that really meant a lot to him and it always would. No matter how hard he tried to forget he knew that he never could actually forget things and he didn’t want to anyway.
He did enjoy just where his life had brought him to now though, because things in his life just seemed so great and he was simply working on new things and trying to establish his career. Lately he had become both an actor on top of being a very well liked musician; although if anything he was more into writing music that people could relate to then being liked by anyone. He really did work really hard on his music too, and every song that he wrote meant so much to him and he spent hours on a single song sometimes. He always use to take pride in playing his newest song for someone and having them like it, it mean a lot when someone actually liked his music because he never did feel like what he wrote was really good. Perhaps he was a little modest and never did believe what people thought of him, but he was still really new to all of this. He remembered when he and Marnie had first got together, just how nervous he really was and how happy she had always made him. She was his very first kiss, sure he had probably waited a really long but it was really worth it and he knew that he loved her. She was his everything and now everything was just all messed up, she had dumped him and he was obviously not at all over it. He had been really heartbroken when she had decided to end the relationship; he had always thought that he did everything he could to keep her happy but he wondered almost if that wasn’t enough and he could have done more. He really did try everything that he could though, and in some ways he had even changed a lot of himself and maybe that was wrong and not something he should have done. He was a lot more innocent once upon a time and now he was more outgoing and he did things he once would have probably ever done, in a way it was almost insane but he didn’t even care now. He really did believe that Marnie had changed him for the better, and he just really wished she could have her back. Janessa was just a friend, and she even told him that she felt that he and Marnie deserved to be together and there were no hard feelings there.
Now he was headed back home after having sometime for working on music and just being able to travel and getting more known in the music world, in fact now he seemed to have a lot of fans now. He almost felt blessed and arriving at his house he yawned, it was really pretty good to be back, it seemed like he had been gone for a really long time, even though he knew that it really hadn’t been that long at all. It just seemed that it had been after all that time, and he also knew that Marnie was probably here since she was living with him. Even though they had broken up there was no way he could ever just throw her out, it would feel wrong and he was just not that kind of a person. In fact he liked having her around since his parents weren't around and he just almost really lived by his self before Marnie had moved in, he had no problems with paying for the place either. Unlocking the door and stepping inside he was almost surprised when Marnie hugged him only shortly after he had stepped inside, “I’ve missed you too Marnie” he whispered back returning her tight hug laughing when she messed with his hair. It really did seem like almost nothing changed when a lot really did, “I like surprises” he looked at her with a smile. She looked great, like she always did and he was just so happy to see her. “Hmm yes, I am in fact single” he just seemed to keep that same smile on his face.
