okay so basically this is colette's older brother. they originally were born and raised in paris, france but because of colette, their parents had let them both move in l.a. with their relatives for a few years and they have a really good english accent because their mom is actually british (their dad is the french) and they used to travel around the world for vacations and such with some relatives. the cristobals have four children. the oldest son is back in paris with his pregnant girlfriend (this is why the oldest brother won't be requested), then there's this brother, colette and a their youngest sister named claire. their family is actually really rich and they could have all the riches they want.
the reason why colette and this brother moved to l.a. is because of the secret colette has. their parents had set her up for an arranged marriage and going here to l.a. was basically her freedom till she finished high school (cause she'll go back to paris when she graduates). they had this brother dragged with colette since he was the closest age to colette. you can also give this brother a secret to kind of not like their parents too. but anyway, this brother has a choice if he's coming back to paris after colette graduates or not while colette is forced to go anyway.
personality? well, its up to you but for one, colette and him doesn't get along well. they hate and tease each other a lot. its like always a sibling rivalry between them. sure, they still care for each other but they rarely show it. they're jerks to each other's eyes. you can make this brother just act like that around colette or maybe this guy is just really a complete jerk. anything is actually up to you.
for face claims, i'd rather him be blonde. i'm not picky. his age is 19-21. the history can't be changed but personality and everything else is yours. for job, well you can also make him a model or maybe just a simple worker. like, I said. i'm never picky.

this is the guy colette is betrothed too. they are not finals or anything cause colette's final is her current boyfriend. anyway, this will be shorter than the one above.
ever since these two are fourteen, they had been set up for the arranged marriage. maybe because colette's parents had owe this guy's parents a large amount of money or a life debt or something so colette was made a payment. once colette graduates from high school, he and colette will get married. he and colette only ever met once and colette hated him to ashes. this guy is honestly quite arrogant or maybe just to colette to piss her off. he always picks and flirts with her but colette just doesn't really care about him and colette doesn't want to marry him at all. so anyway, this guy will be a new person to l.a. colette's parents asked him to come to l.a. and watch over colette and also at the same time, to remind colette about the marriage. colette has a boyfriend currently (who will be her final) and yeah. it will just be crazy but colette will make him agree to hide to the public that they're getting married (since colette is a model and she's famous though, colette and her boyfriend are hiding their relationship to the public too). all he would ever do is piss her off and also her boyfriend for his own personal fun.
though, colette and her boyfriend, chester, will probably find a way to cut the marriage. or maybe they'll run away. this guy could either like colette (or maybe he doesn't really care about the marriage and colette) but he lets them run away. colette's parents will be angered by her though her parents gives her few more years of freedom. if colette or this guy doesn't get married when they're twenty, the marriage would continue immediately.
everything is up to you. his face and such and if you want him to be an actor or something. the only thing i request is that he's from the european continent but other than that, its all good. he's free to flirt and such. they aren't finals so yeah, he's free.
