The bodies of New York crime boss and owner of a prominent newspaper Carter Thomas Vickers, 49, and his wife, Angela Marie Johnson-Vickers, 30 , were discovered early this morning in their mansion home on Long Island. Both were layed together in their bed showing common signs of the serial killer known as Zenith. According to the FBI Special Agent-In-Charge, Michael Collins, analysis indicates they were killed in their sleep. The messages carved into their right forearms are plainly written as "Killer and Liar" respectively. In a press release by the newspaper that Vickers owned, they shared their condolences to the surviving son, Garrald Vickers, while the New York Chief of Police thanked Zenith for taking down a powerful and dangerous criminal overlord who had been supposedly involved in prostitution, drugs, assassinations, gun trafficking and is even rumored to have been masterminding sex trafficking from Russia.
Special Agent Collins also stated that, as is common with Zenith killings, there are no witnesses nor fingerprint or DNA evidence and that they are looking into airport surveillance footage for links as to who the killer is believing he or she would have arrived in New York via a plane from Los Angeles and due to recent uncovery that the son of the deceased, Garrald, moved to Los Angeles last year, they are asking that he come in for questioning concerning the murders but want to make it clear that they are not currently looking at Vickers, 24, as a suspect.
On a related note, local private detective and former LAPD homicide investigator, Patrick Kensington, has been investigating recent break ins at the University here in LA. During his investigation, he has been stonewalled by the FBI and LAPD countless times, but has uncovered that Zenith recently went after popular model Chrishelle in which she managed to escape but unfortunately no ID has been given to the killer. Delving deeper into possible links, he also uncovered the killings of several sorority sisters a few years back that match the patterns of Zenith and discovered there was one lone survivor. After discovering the information, there's no doubt the FBI will take an interest into the young woman, though due to Kensington not being vocal about his findings into her identity, there is no way to identify her and it is believed that he is keeping it quiet to prevent attention from the Federal and local authorities.
