When he had his full memory, he was the typical older brother: Protective, strong, but with a good sense of humor. Dustin is still this way, although now he tries to be protective, but he is so out of date with reality that he is the one who has to be watched and protected. Dustin is a fun-loving, happy kind of guy who loves his family and his friends, but now he needs their help more than he ever thought he would. the history Dustin was born the happy, strong older brother of Phill. They lived a normal life, both boys grew up fighting one day, playing the next. Both boys grew up liking the same things, and their bond was so close, they sometimes seemed like the same person. Dustin would look out for Phill and would always be there, keeping him out of any trouble, and there to back him up if ever trouble found him. He was there when Phill was full of life, and he was there when Phill was near death, as a reaction from a deadly reaction to a bee sting. Ever since, Phill has been terrified of bees, and after watching what happened to Phill, Dustin has never been a huge fan either, though he's not petrified like his brother is. Dustin was always a big supporter of his brother, and no matter how much he got mad at him, Dustin always knew that he would sacrifice himself to make Phill's dreams come true. Everything was perfect. And then the accident happened. The year was 2003. A group of wrestling students, Dustin and Phill included, were headed to a show. Dustin and Phill were the last in a line of four cars. The two were doing a bit of horsing around, but nothing too out of the ordinary. That was when the first car was hit. The first hit caused a chain reaction, which resulted in a horrific 4 car pileup on the expressway. Phill hit the dashboard of their car, and had only a minor concussion. Dustin was launched from the car. He got a concussion. At first, everything appeared normal. But after a few days, it was clear that things were much more severe than that. Dustin was diagnosed with anterograde amnesia. His ability to make new short-term memories was completely ruined, though all memories before the accident were still completely intact. Dustin lived every day after that, not realizing that the days and the times were changing around him, because he couldn't remember it. Dustin now lives with his brother, completely convinced that it is 2003.
