Sam had spent most of the day laying around her cottage feeling lonely. Everyone Sam knew in the music business seemed to be out of town on trips this weekend and she couldn't think of anything to do aside from lay around all day and watch tv. When she finally got bored enough to become desperate for something else to do, she realized that she could go visit Phil and Julian at the tattoo parlor. Sam had known Phil for months now and Julian was introduced to her at a party a few weeks ago that Phil had at his house. She got dressed in whatever clothes looked comfy to her and made her way to the tattoo parlor, walking in the door and looking around for people. No one seemed to be there. "Phil? Julian?" she called, looking around the shop at all of the artwork on the wall. She noticed a tattoo that was a collage of music notes and couldn't help but marvel at its beauty.

[style=width:300px; height: 228px; background: url(http://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w626/ringer8/post1_zpsbc8f1ab1.png)] we’re all just kids who grew up way too fast it was one of those days where julian was happy that he didn't have to work at the restaurant. usually most days he'd be dying to work some sort of shift to help bump up his pay check, but there were only a certain number of days in a row someone could stand serving people with polite smiles. All julian had to do today was busy himself in phil's shop, which was honestly much more fun. the expressive art on the walls giving customers a taste of the talent that rules the halls, the music that seems to be coming from mysterious speakers around the desk, and the friendly antics and excited chats that come from the owner himself. plus, phil was good with kids, which always made julian breath a bit easier. most parents would look at the brazilian dad sideways for ever letting his five year old enter a tattoo parlor, but it had been a bonding moment for father a son. not to mention that joel always loved to pick out the colors for the new tattoos julian would get. however, joel was at home today with his babysitter and it was just in and phil in the shop...where ever phil was. the man seemed to run off places a lot. julian didn't bothering keeping track of the former wrestler, not while he had to do his job at least. Currently he cleaned up the back room; move a few boxes around to reorganize the space so that there was more room, humming an old latin tune to himself as he worked. the bell at the front door made his hesitate mid melody before stopping completely when the voice called out. he waited a moment, expecting phil to answer. nothing. pushing the box in his hands on top of a pile, julian stepped out to respond. he brushed his somewhat dusty hands on the front of his shirt as he walked around the hall. he wasn't sure whom he had been expecting, but sam was not it. then again he had only meet her recently. regradless, a trademark smile spread over his lips, "Olá, senhora," the inflection in his voices were obliviously foreign, "interested in getting your own piece?" his eyes drew toward the pictures she was looking at; it was a beautifully complex sketch, the black notes almost looked to be dancing to their own music. "I've been drawing a few of my own, you know," he admitted was a slightly sheepish smirk, yet having a little sense of pride in his words. tagsam/phil wordsfour one seven notesoutfittemplate by sophia. Sam had met Julian once before, the last time Sam had visited the shop briefly between appearances she had to make for charities and interviews she had to do with magazines. Phil had told him all about Julian's history and Sam had met Joel, Julian's adorable son. The pair had immediately bonded over their shared love for coloring superhero coloring pages and she could only smile at the cute remarks Joel would make towards Julian. She head Julian's voice as he came out of the back room and she smiled over at him. "Well, hello there!" She had to admit Julian was handsome, but she hardly knew the guy. "I had actually been talking to Phil a few weeks ago about getting something new but he's obviously not here, huh?" Phil was always the one she talked to about different art she was thinking about. Sam had already gotten a small heart on the inside of her wrist but she had been debating on getting something slightly bigger now that she had been through the process once. "You draw too? Can I see some?" Sam couldn't help but be intrigued by the man's comment and wondered how talented he was. He had to be good, if Phil hired him to work here at the shop. Phil always said he 'had a rep to protect.'

[style=width:300px; height: 228px; background: url(http://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w626/ringer8/post1_zpsbc8f1ab1.png)] we’re all just kids who grew up way too fast Julian knew that Phill was well connected and knew pretty much everyone is every standard of living. On the day he met Sam, he shouldn't have been all that surprised that she was, well, herself. but he was. not really starstruck, just surprised, it wasn't like he had been expecting to meet anyone rich. And to be honest, he was pretty sure he had paint smudges all over him from painting the storage room to cover old cracks. Julian was sure he looked like a right fool, silly beyond compare, heck even his own son had giggled at him. Then again, the man was always more playful than he was serious, so he smiled through it. the result was a really quick bond between him and sam as well as sam and joel. there was the parental instinct to guard his son from strangers, especially famous ones, but sam was different and it made Julian's heart swell a bit to know that outside of himself, joel was around good people. he nodded to her smiled greeting. There was something infectious about the blonde;when she smiled, it was hard to ignore. of course, julian mused, that could just me do to her being a big name in music and it would be rude to frown in her presence. Which ever one, he wasn't completely sure. "Yeah, the man is probably off somewhere, running some errand," he said, adding in a helpful, "wait a few minutes here with me and he should be back soon enough." Julian wasn't in the tattooing business, he just cleaned shop when phill needed it, in fact, julian never even dare to touch one of those inking guns in fear of messing something up. He just teased with the idea of creating the art. a few sketches here and there in the small, small amount of free time he had. One eye brow slightly arched at her inquiry, "oh, well, sure." wiping away the surprise on his face, the young father started to roll up his right sleeve, "I don't have any on paper, with me, but i do have one that i created, on me," he chuckled at the pun, making his accent full of mirth, "literally, it's on me." As the chuckle continued to rumble through his chest, a lady's face surrounded by herbs appear on the muscle of his shoulder. it was (is) a personal piece. Kind of just a way to keep him close to family and home. "The profile of a lady, the colorful one on my shoulder. That's my handy work." of course all of his tattoos were colorful tattoos, Julian had felt that just black ink was too untasteful and bland. tagsam/phil wordsfour four nine notesoutfittemplate by sophia.
