It was like she could still hear the scream of her twin in her head. It has happened almost a year ago now and Vanessa was still holding the guilt of killing her twin sister. When someone that was that attached to you goes away the way Vera went it was like most of you has gone with the person and right now it was like Vanessa was feeling. A huge piece of her has gone with her twin and there was nothing to fill that void. If only Elliot was there to hug her and just to make her feel good but he had some things to do or at least that was what he told Vanessa. She didn’t know for sure, he was always busy with helping his mother and around the house. She was amazed how the boy still could get time for her.
Vanessa was sitting on her bedroom floor, she had been looking through photos she had from old times. Tears fell from her eyes softly as she put the pictures all around the floor and stared at them. She was the one that should have survived, she was the better twin, she was the good one. She knew most of the things that came towards her after she died, was all deserved. Her parents threw her out and she was on her own. One particular picture touched her harder than all of the others. The last picture her and Vera took together. It was on the night of the accident, the void became bigger and bigger. She closed herself from the world and just laid on the floor sobbing as she held the picture close to her heart and the tears kept falling from her eyes. the whole world was gone now. It was only her and the void that she couldn’t fill with anything but sadness.

(I am to lazy for pretty templates right now) Elliot was always really busy lately, he dealt with school, work, and helping around the house since his father had basically walked out of his life when he was thirteen. Honestly when his father left, Elliot really wasn't all that upset like he probably should have been. The guy had been an asshole and a drunk after all, he never was one to actually provide for his family and spent half of his time sitting on the couch and mooching off his mother instead of actually working. When the guy left, honestly Elliot was pretty sure he was more happy to see him go than upset. Sure he never hit him or his mother, but the way he acted he might as well had. The guy was an ass and Elliot really wished that he wouldn't turn out to be anything like him; he already had his cooking skills and worked at the bakery. He had gotten his job when he was fifteen and money was really tight, his mom was working all the time and there still wasn't a lot of money and he was wearing clothes with holes everywhere.
He basically got his job to try and make money so they wouldn't lose their apartment, and Elliot took as many hours as he could. Now he was going to go see Vanessa, after what had just happened on the public coatroom he almost felt that he had too really. He pulled on his shoes and left his house without really a second thought, all hr could thing was Vanessa was probably very upset right now and he had to be there for her. He walked, well he actually ran right to Vanessa's place really not sure what he was going to do or say when he got there. He got to her door, and was glad that the door was unlocked before he had walked right inside talking a deep breath, he only seemed to wonder just what he would witness when he found her and he knew that she would probably be a mess. "Vanessa, love?" he called out as he tried to find her walking into the room frowning when he saw just how upset she was. "Oh Vanessa, I hate seeing you cry" he said quietly and all he wanted to do now was hold her close but he knew that he couldn't and honestly that killed him the most.
