She smiled Thanks Cait she said to her That’s why your my best friend, you encourage me and believe I should go after things I really want she grinned. there hadn’t been many times when Daisy had gone for something and not got what she wanted. she had always gotten the lead in the school play, she’d had the summer internship with a top designer, and the same company wanted her back for the next summer. she definitely went out to get what she wanted, but the reason why she was so unsure was the fact that this was her teacher and he would probably want to be professional, even if he did develop feelings for her. could she really risk that? was it worth it? in all honesty Daisy believed that she was worth it. Daisy lent her head on Caitlyn’s shoulder seriously, what would I do without you? she said with a smile. it was hard to imagine what she actually would do without her best friend, where would she be? maybe she would be a completely different person, a child star going off the rails and rebelling. She could only cringe at the thought and was glad that it wasn’t the case. sometimes I wish the press weren’t so interested in me, just because my parents were actors and they are famous doesn’t mean I want to be in their limelight. I want to be known for my fashion label and not because of my parents she had always believed that she shouldn’t be known because of her parents. it was not what she wanted at all. [/style]

Even if it was un-lady like, Caitlyn let out a small snort. "Trust me, Crystal wouldn't care: she just lets me uses it because she hopes she and I would become closer when she marries my dad."

[/color] Yes, it was tempting, because she was eyeing an new set of colored pencils that she had seen the other day while shopping. And yeah, maybe helping Daisy snag Mr. Carter was going a little too far, but maybe Crystal would understand: after all, her own daughter was leading on three boys at once, so the woman would think it's cool that Caitlyn was helping out her best friend.

Caitlyn gave Daisy a smile back. "You do the same thing for me, so it's only natural I would do the same thing for you too."[/color] she replied. In fact, it was Daisy who told her she should enter one of her sketches in the Montana County Fair, and realized that Caitlyn should become an artist before anyone else did, even Caitlyn herself. Of course, Daisy wasn't the only one who would encourage her to live her dreams: her parents, and Brandon, who were always behind her hundred per cent, even if she sometimes changed her mind on what she wanted to do as a little girl.

She gave Daisy another smile as she felt Daisy rest her head on her shoulder. "You'll probably get along without me if we never met: I'd imagine you as this big shot child star sometimes."[/color] And she truly meant that. With Daisy's parents being actors, Caitlyn had to wonder what would life be if she and Daisy weren't best friends. It was hard, but since this was Los Angeles, Caitlyn and Daisy would have bumped into each other, but on different paths. Even now, they were treading on different social circles, she being an Elite, and her being an Middle Classer. Caitlyn shook her head, and she looked at her. "I could never imagine what it would be like, but you're right. Maybe once you've started on your fashion label, then people will realize you're your own person, and not just the off-spring of your parents."[/color] she answered.

Daisy knew how Crystal was and she hadn’t ever really warmed to the woman, and not just because it had been so hard for Caitlyn with the divorce. Plus when Daisy called round to see Caitlyn when she was with her dad the woman could be a little short with her. she definitely did not like the stepsister, there was just something about that girl, she couldn’t quite put her finger on It but there was no way Daisy would be sucking up to her anytime soon. she was a bit of a slut as well. she knew that she had dated a lot of guys but she would never date three guys at the same time. I am so lucky to have you Daisy really meant that, Caitlyn was her best friend for a reason, and not just because they had grown up together. they had been through so much together and there was no way that she would ever want to lose that because of a fight. she hoped they would never have a fight that bad, but then again she could never really predict the future. so far whenever they’d had a fight they had always made up of course and the fights never lasted a long time at all, they were always over something silly. Daisy shook her head yeah I know I kinda think I might be like that too, I am so glad that I didn’t go that way, I mean look at all the child stars who have gone messed up in their teens or twenties….Britney being the big one of this. she smiled then let out a little giggle. there’s a upside of that though, I would totally get to like meet celebrities all the time. but I guess I have met a few celebrities, and you have too Daisy had been allowed at some of the parties her parents attended and had also been allowed to bring a guest to keep her entertained. she nodded I hope so she smiled I am not trying to big myself up or anything but like….I think I deserve it, you know? she said I’ve worked hard enough and I deserve the credit Daisy believed that her ideas were good. she needed credit for them, she wanted to be noticed.
