He is sweet and understanding, and he's also honest and kind. Evan is funny and charming and very much a romantic. Evan is a fun, outgoing kind of guy, but deep down he feels self-conscious, paranoid and insecure. He doesn't feel like a real man and he feels like he shouldn't be alive. Evan doesn't let it show, however, and nobody, not even his closest family knows that he still feels this way about himself. He keeps his real feelings locked far away, and he fools everyone with his carefree, fun-loving attitude that seems so natural. the history Evan was what they called a miracle baby. His mother was told she would never conceive, but she got pregnant with Evan on her first try. Evan was born prematurely, and with only one leg, but he beat the odds and was a very healthy baby boy. Evan grew up with a prosthetic leg, and despite all of the teasing he endured, he was a vibrant boy filled with youth. Evan was a happy kid, but he was bullied a lot by the other kids at school. He was smaller and weaker than the other kids, and despite his prosthetic limb, he was always forced to sit out of gym class. Evan was goofy, happy and fun, and he was friends with all of the girls, but all of the boys made fun of him. Evan grew up feeling inadequate. He hid it behind his laughter and smiles, but he always felt like he wasn't good enough. He trained hard and worked his ass off in order to make the very elite football team in High School, but that still wasn't enough, because despite his talent, he was always seen as the weak link by the other boys. When the time came for college, Evan was offered a full ride on a football scholarship, but he turned it down to join the marines. He knew that if he did this, he would prove it to himself once and for all that he was worthy. After joining the marines, Evan felt great. He slowly began to gain self-confidence as he was able to keep up with the other men. Nobody questioned his disability. However, Evan was almost through with his first tour when something happened that would change everything. He was wounded. Right in the manhood. Evan was sent home with the realization that he would never be able to have children of his own. It took a lot of time for Evan to recuperate. He was crushed for a long time after that and went through a bout of severe depression. His parents were right by his side, but it was his little sister Emily who got him through it all. Slowly but surely, Evan got back to normal and began to be his happy, carefree self again. However, he still felt just as insecure as he always did, not just because of his leg, but because of the problems that no one could see as well. He felt as if everyone knew, but in reality nobody would ever be able to guess. Now, Evan is his happy, carefree self and he is a well-loved local radio personality.
